Chelmsford test centre is located on an industrial estate just outside of the town centre. The test centre has the facility for bay parking which is used quite often. Chelmsford has a busy town centre with lots of light controlled junctions and some narrow streets. Both dual carriageway and country roads feature on the test routes. |
